Red Hat Linux 8.0, released this week, has been uploaded. The features of this release center largely on improvements and enhancements for desktop use. The server oriented features are also impressive, although changes such as the web server application Apache moving from 1.x to 2.x, suggest testing before integration into a production environment. |

The latest Red Hat Linux beta, Red Hat Linux 7.3.94 (Null), has been uploaded. We can expect the final release soon, so this beta should give the curious an accurate idea of what Red Hat's upcoming Linux release will look like. Also, the now expired Red Hat Linux 7.3.93 (Limbo) has also been made available for reference. Non-current betas have been relocated - access via http will be automatically transferred. Please note that these old betas may be removed at a later date. |

Uploaded the brand spanking new Red Hat Linux 7.3.92 (Limbo) beta release. This upcoming release includes Apache 2.0 (for starters). Note that this is an early beta, has been released for testing and bug reporting purposes only, and should not be used in a production environment. |

Added consulting scenarios to consulting page and searchable indexes of the documentation CDs in Red Hat Linux 7.3 and 6.2 to complimentary section of support page. Also added direct links to Red Hat Linux Documentation CDs for all three releases I currently support (6.2, 7.2 and 7.3). |

This is my first general advertisement. I will be a regular advertiser with the Daily Yomiuri for some time herein. I will take this opportunity to announce that I now also support Red Hat Linux 7.3. Red Hat did a great job on this release. Well done. |

| - Sat May 12: | Uploaded Red Hat Linux 7.3, which was released on May 6, 2002, US time, to my ftp site (ftp.sanguine.net). At the same time I have begun mirroring the errata for this release, which are available here. As of this date, all errata files for Red Hat Linux 6.2, 7.2 and 7.3 are downloaded automatically every day, and can be downloaded from this site via any of the rsync, http or ftp protocols. |
